Experience is everything.

We have helped companies at every stage build training programs that actually change behavior.

Our story

Our journey as educators began at a tech start-up in SoHo, NYC. We produced, shot, and edited content based on what people were looking to learn. After a few years, hundreds of video courses, and tens of millions of views, we transitioned to the corporate world, where we were introduced to formal instructional design and applying strong creative practice to business problems. We joined an incredible team of writers, video producers, and content educators at a storied financial institution to build a world-class onboarding program of live and video-based courses, a stand-alone app for personal and professional development, and ultimately another start-up that brought professional development tools to a breadth of global companies. We’ve even created enablement content for a thousand-person sales team and a well-known tech giant. Of course there have been commercials, feature films, comedy, and creative projects of all stripes.

As producers, shooters, and editors, we’ve worked with the best of the best: investment firms, consulting firms, start-ups and large software companies, and many more. The thing these companies have in common is that they invest in their teams through training. It’s been a privilege for us to know how many people our content has touched and we’re looking forward to using what we do to help your teams too.

On AI

AI is an incredible tool that’s changing the way the world works, but it’s not a replacement for people. We use it because it allows us to work more efficiently and to spend our time doing the things that matter most to our company and ultimately our clients.

Here are some things we do with it:

  • Storyboarding

  • Data analysis

  • Research

  • Graphic Creation: Our designers use AI tools to create visual assets that would otherwise take a long time

Here are some things we don’t do with it:

  • Create human AI likenesses. We think training should come from real people. Period.

  • Instructional Design: Our instructional designers use AI as a tool, but rely on their extensive experience, education, and creativity to design courses that really work
